Request and confirmation
A customisation discussion is not an accepted order. Qambranis will confirm the agreed colour, design, approximate measurements, price, estimated completion time, delivery charge and payment terms in writing before work begins.
Artistic interpretation
Hand embroidery cannot be reproduced with machine-like uniformity. Reference images are used as guidance; reasonable differences in stitch, motif placement, shade and finish are part of handmade production.
Changes
Requested changes after production begins may be refused or may increase the price and completion time. Any revised terms must be confirmed by Qambranis.
Payment and cancellation
A deposit or full advance payment may be required. Once materials are purchased or work begins, payments may become non-refundable except where the item is faulty, materially different from the confirmed specification, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Returns
Custom-made and personalised pieces are not normally returnable for change of mind. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
