Available methods
Payment may be accepted by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Card payments are available only through an approved checkout or payment link expressly provided by Qambranis.
Order confirmation
Do not send payment until Qambranis has confirmed the item, total price, delivery charge where applicable, payment account and order reference.
Card safety
Never send full card numbers, security codes, PINs or online-banking passwords through WhatsApp, email or the website contact form. Qambranis will never ask for those details in a message.
Currency and charges
Prices are stated in Pakistani rupees unless otherwise confirmed. Customers are responsible for bank, wallet, currency-conversion and international transaction charges applied by their provider.
Payment verification
An order may remain pending until funds are received and verified. A screenshot alone may not establish payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original or another agreed payment route. Processing times depend on the relevant bank, wallet or payment provider.
