About Qambranis
Qambranis is an online-only cultural fashion brand operating from Pakistan. There is no physical retail shop. Contact details are shown on this website.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting a website, WhatsApp, social-media or email order is a request. A contract is formed only when Qambranis confirms the item, price, delivery terms, payment method and acceptance of the order.
Price and taxes
The standard listed price is PKR 15,000 per dupatta and includes delivery within Pakistan unless clearly stated otherwise. International shipping, customs duties, import taxes, currency conversion and provider charges are additional unless confirmed otherwise. Any reference to taxes means taxes properly applicable to the transaction; Qambranis does not represent that every price includes a separately charged VAT where no such tax applies.
Handmade character
Every dupatta is handmade. Natural differences in embroidery, shade, measurements, motif placement and finish form part of its individual character and are not normally defects.
Custom orders
Customisation is subject to feasibility, materials, timing, written confirmation and any deposit requested. The separate Custom Orders Policy forms part of these terms.
Payment
Payment may be made only through a method confirmed by Qambranis. Never send full card details, CVVs, PINs or passwords in a message. The separate Payment Policy applies.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed. Customers must provide accurate contact and address information and may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect address or failed receipt.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation, return and refund requests are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory consumer law applicable to the transaction.
Website and intellectual property
Qambranis branding, photographs, designs, text and website content belong to Qambranis or are used with permission. They may not be copied, scraped, reproduced or commercially reused without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, Qambranis is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, customer-provided errors, or events reasonably outside its control.
Governing arrangements
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Qambranis in Pakistan, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a customer’s country.
