Pakistan
Standard delivery within Pakistan is included in the PKR 15,000 product price unless otherwise confirmed. The usual target is within 7 days after availability, address and payment are confirmed.
International
Worldwide delivery is available. The usual target is within 30 days after order confirmation. Shipping charges depend on destination, parcel size, service level and courier availability and will be confirmed before payment.
Production and estimates
Customisation or made-to-order work may require additional time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by handmade production, customs, weather, courier disruption, public holidays and remote destinations.
Customs and local charges
International customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, local taxes and clearance charges unless Qambranis confirms otherwise in writing.
Address and receipt
Customers must provide a complete address, correct postcode and reachable telephone number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery or uncollected parcel may be charged where permitted.
Tracking and risk
Tracking information will be provided where available. Please contact us promptly where tracking shows an issue. Responsibility for loss or damage will be assessed under the courier terms and applicable consumer law.
Damage in transit
Photograph the outer packaging, label and item promptly and contact Qambranis as soon as possible if the parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with.
