Contact us before returning
Contact Qambranis as soon as possible and before sending anything back. Provide your name, order reference, reason and clear photographs where the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. We will provide the return address and instructions after reviewing the request.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Where an item is materially damaged, faulty or not the item confirmed, Qambranis will assess the evidence and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price adjustment or refund. Please preserve the item and packaging while the matter is reviewed.
Change of mind
For non-customised goods, a change-of-mind return is accepted only where Qambranis agrees in writing and any mandatory consumer right applicable to the sale is respected. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original packaging. Return delivery and non-refundable transaction costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Customised and personalised items
Custom-made, altered or personalised pieces are not normally returnable for change of mind. This does not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, materially misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
Handmade variation
Small differences in stitch, motif placement, shade, dimensions and finish are expected in handmade work. Such natural variation is not normally a defect unless the item is materially different from the confirmed description.
International returns
International customers should not return an item without instructions. Customs declarations, duties and courier charges may apply and may be deducted where legally permissible and agreed.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are normally initiated after the returned item is received and inspected. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank, wallet or payment provider.
